Lance Clark, Area Manager and youngest son of Bill Clark, has managed the Greenville/New Bern Division since 2005. Lance resides in Greenville with his wife, Missy and son, Elias. The Greenville Division has been in operation since the company began in 1977.
Lance received a Degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina in Wlimington (UNCW) and contributes over 15 years of home building experience. Mr. Clark feels that quality and customer satisfaction are extremely important during the home building experience. His willingness to customize home plans to buyers needs sets Bill Clark Homes in Greenville and New Bern, NC heads above the competition.
