Bill Clark Homes in Snow Hill is a part of the Greenville Division. Bill Clark Homes has been building in the Cutter Creek Community in Snow Hill since 2008.
In 1977, with experience gained by hard work for another home builder, Bill Clark started his own home building business in Greenville, NC, the community in which he lived and still resides.
For over 32 years he has been known in the Greenville, Pitt County area for building a quality home at a value price.
His son Lance Clark, one of his three sons, grew up in the home building business. He joined the company in 1993 and worked in entry level positions to learn the home building business from the ground up. He took the position of Area Manager over all Greenville operations in 2005. His dedication to the customer is demonstrated by his willingness to customize plans, plan options and features in order to meet the individual taste and needs of the customer.
