The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association presented the 2025 Parade of Homes Award Winners last week, and we were honored to celebrate alongside so many influential home builders in our region. These annual awards are a cornerstone of recognition for the home building industry across the Cape Fear area, highlighting excellence in categories such as detached homes, energy efficiency, outdoor living spaces, and more.
