Build to Suit - Choose from our portfolio of plans and work with our design team to select the perfect options and make this home your own. This option takes a little longer to build, but it's worth it in the end if you have a specific vision for your dream home.
Our sales team will walk you through the process of narrowing down your options to find the ideal location and perfect floorplan. New Home Consultants are always available to make it easy to schedule model home visits and home tours. They will walk you through an overview to confirm the details of your new homesite, home plan, financing, and the next steps of your journey.
Our recommended lenders will ensure that you find the right financing option for your family to establish a painless path to homeownership. We do not have our own mortgage company, however, we work with several trustworthy connections. Our lenders, who are already familiar with our process, will serve as your allies to make your build and closing as seamless as possible.
Once the contract is signed, we’ll start the design process. This is the exciting part! Your designer will make your dream home come to life and help you to select your distinctive features. We provide tips and resources to help you make the most of your design meetings.
You will Meet with your Bill Clark Homes builder representative and your builder to review your home plans, placement on the homesite, and expectations for the build process.
You will receive regular updates from your Bill Clark Homes representative regarding the timeline and important milestones in the process. Since many of our clients are building remotely, this communication is available virtually with regular progress photos.
One week prior to closing, you will meet with your Bill Clark Homes builder to review the installation of your design selections. Framing will be complete, but sheetrock will not be installed. This gives you the ability to view the exterior and interior layout as well as the initial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
One day before closing we will celebrate the delivery of your new home! This is the time to do another lap to ensure all work is completed to your satisfaction and any items noted for repair at the New Home Orientation were fixed.
A Bill Clark Homes team member will help you coordinate any dates and times related to your closing. The closing attorney will provide details regarding the funds needed to close. After the closing is completed and the deed is recorded, you will receive your keys and become a Bill Clark Homes homeowner. Congratulations!
Your home is complete and hopefully perfect, but our service does not stop there. After you close, our customer care team is available to answer any questions regarding your warranty and assist in scheduling any necessary appointments. You will receive surveys asking for feedback on your building experience as well as your customer service experience. Your feedback helps us continually strive toward our goal of 100 percent homeowner satisfaction.
