This is where Pat Palumbo, our Online Sales Specialist, is here to help. 

Many of our homeowners begin considering a move many months and often even years before they're ready to do so. This exploration journey will take each individual down many paths of discovery, determining which local area is right for them, finding the perfect community that fits their lifestyle, and ultimately selecting the home that is the one for their family! With Pat's guidance, you can navigate the beginning stages of this process learning the ins and outs of each of these areas without the pressure of deciding on the exact location yet. Pat has been with the Bill Clark Homes team since 2019. Her previous experience in general brokerage real estate helping homeowners seek out new homes allowed her to jump right in to the new home buying experience with an excellent perspective on the home buyer's mindset and motivation. Prior to stepping into the Online Sales role with Bill Clark Homes, Pat has worked on-site in sales and project management. In addition, she has stepped in to assist with our Customer Care after the sale in our warranty department when we've had the need.
