We are excited to announce that Eric Lank has been promoted to Sales Manager for the Wilmington division, representing both Bill Clark Homes and Legacy Homes by Bill Clark. 

As the longest-standing member of our Wilmington Sales team, Eric has over 16 years of experience in New Home Sales and has been an integral part of the growth and success of Bill Clark Homes on-site. His knowledge of our organization and dedication to excellence in his previous role makes this a natural transition into leadership. Eric has worked very hard to best serve our homeowners as a representative of Bill Clark Homes. By doing so, he has earned the respect of his clients, colleagues, and the real estate community. 

We are excited to see Eric step into his new role and lead our team to many future successes.
